Young Women Who Crush Program Application

Hello and thank you for your interest in Young Women Who Crush!

Young Women Who Crush (YWWC) is a climbing and leadership program open to NYC public high school young women and gender non-conforming youth. YWWC is a free program, and includes full membership and gear rentals at The Cliffs at LIC climbing gym.

Interested students must complete either the new student or returning student application by Friday, October 8th.

If you are interested in getting to know our community before applying we are hosting a Meet and Greet at The Cliffs on Friday, September 24th from 5-7pm. We welcome you to join us to meet community members and try rock climbing! You can learn more about Young Women Who Crush by visiting our website here and following us on Instagram.

YWWC will meet one Friday per month at The Cliffs at LIC. The year will culminate with a series of outdoor climbing trips where participants will be able to test their year of hard work outside on real rock.

All sessions at The Cliffs are from 4:30PM - 7PM. You can review the Cliffs COVID 19 protocols here.
